What makes a Great Team!

We’ve all seen it, that jaw-dropping moment when a team, which “on paper” seems like a winner, but falls short. And then there’s that “other” team, the one who was supposed to lose early, but pulls out a victory despite the odds. 

How do we explain it?

This question has become my ‘WHY’ 

I find learning and serving teams and cultures where we can figure that out, has been why I’ve started my own consulting practise. 

My work here is driven by that question. What can I learn, contribute, share and give to support organizations and their teams to become more successful and enjoy doing what they do.

Part of that work is learning about ourselves and how to become better team mates. How to understand your unique team better and contribute and collaborate better together. All of these things and more create your ‘secret sauce’ for your teams’ success.

At the end of the day, we all want to strive towards something and even if you achieve it, doing it with purpose and meaning, connection and collaboration makes it worth it.

I’ll share what I’ve read, learned and experienced in my work with clients and what new studies and information I’ve found to be helpful and has added value.
